This is a quick 35min meal if you need fast greens and proteins on a budget.  Chicken quarters are affordable and usually easy to access. 1. First Clean the chicken  2. Get a deep covered sauce pan. 3. Add a half cup of water  4. Turn your eye on medium low 5. Season your meat with garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning and a few dashes of salt. 6. Cook for about 19 min 7. Clean your asparagus cut off the bottoms and put them in with the chicken place the top back on and  cook for the remainder of 35min.
